METHODOLOGY
We developed a project management methodology that enables us to provide our
customers with innovative solutions that support their long-term business strategies. The Tech Salon’s
methodology focuses on the effective integration of processes, personnel, information and technology
to reveal the opportunities that yield the highest return.
Once these areas have been identified, project objectives are established and revisited during the
life of the project. The methodology focuses on knowledge transfer to client team members at every
critical juncture in the process. We have found that our approach empowers clients to fully integrate

The Tech Salon’s Methodology consists of the following phases:
- Discovery - to define business requirements and set the foundation for the project
- Design Analysis - to focus on the technology, providing answers to questions formed during Discovery
- Development - to develop multiple prototypes, each requiring analysis, development, testing and customer review
- Pilot Testing - to deliver a proof of design and to plan the deployment of the solution
- Deployment - to integrate the solution into the client's operations while minimizing interruptions
- Project Evaluation - to extract knowledge from the project experience and incorporate it into client feedback
